Coronavirus (COVID-19) Announcement

Dear Customers,

Graphic Press would like to announce that we will continue operating and providing all of our printing, web and art working services as normal, despite the COVID-19 outbreak.

For the health and safety of both our staff and our customers, it does however bring some changes in the way we will operate for the foreseeable future. This announcement will address the changes we are making to safeguard our team and our customers.

 

Opening Hours:

We will continue to be open weekdays, Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 5pm as usual.

 

Deliveries:

Our next day courier service will remain in operation.

 

Our ‘open shop’ policy and Collections:

For the safety of everyone involved, we will no longer be an ‘open shop’ studio but you will still be able to collect your print in a managed way. We urge customers to work with us in protecting our team and themselves from contact for the time being and request that all communication is made through e-mail or telephone.

This restricts our usual procedure for collections. We will now be creating a designated space outside of the office for customers to collect their orders – this will be in the sheltered area directly outside of our main door. Your order will be left in this sheltered area at a pre agreed time. It will have your name clearly on the outside of the print boxes.

 

Staffing

Even though we are a small team, the majority of our projects are taken on by an individual team member so that projects are handled personally, and customers have a single point of contact when it comes to their orders. We aim to continue this ethic, however only one member will be in the office at any one time now. Martin and Ryan will be rotating on a weekly basis to see that our machines are attended and operated so that we may continue to print but also working remotely to reduce contact and risk. Both Martin and Ryan will be working but one will be working from home and one will be working from the office. Both will be continually available by e-mail and telephone.

 

Supply

We are in regular contact with all of our suppliers to make sure that the production of our print is uninterrupted and to maintain that we are well stocked to produce orders of lower and higher volumes.

 

Payments

We will now no longer take payments inside the office. 30 day electronic invoices will be generated that can be paid by BACS transfer or paid over the phone and can be sent via e-mail or post. For customers already on our system, this will be the usual procedure.
