Yours Sincerely is created not only to honour the life of the person who has passed, but also to reflect the love, memories, and stories shared by their family and friends. It becomes a meaningful talking point during the funeral and later at the wake, offering comfort and connection at a time when it’s needed most.
By gathering photographs, sharing memories, and coming together to reflect, families play an important role in shaping the final design. This collaborative process often brings comfort, as loved ones contribute to creating a truly personal and lasting tribute — thoughtfully crafted by our designers with care and sensitivity.
OUR PROCESS
Our aim is to produce a lasting memory, a proud representation of your loved one that is more of a celebration of life in comparison to a traditional Order of Service. We want to offer something different, a talking point, a phrase, a memorable moment, an element of humour and collate these into a montage that can be an everlasting memory that is part of a collection to remind, be proud and never forget. We try our best to work closely with everyone involved to gather research before the funeral deadline. We aim to collaborate closely with funeral directors, vicars, priests, celebrates and of course you and your family to compile an Order of Service that would do proud to your lost loved one.
Following initial contact and agreement, you simply have to provide us with the following:
Fill in our simple questionnaire
Email or send us high resolution photographs, past and present along with any other relevant information. We will do the rest.
A gathering of family members inputting their memories, sharing images and ideas is a lovely way of collating information. We will work closely with your chosen funeral directors who will await the Order of Service copy, then provide you with a proof before agreeing the final print.
